Don’t Become a Statistic! (or are you already one?) April 23 2015
280 People develop diabetes every day. There are over 1.5 million people in Australia with Diabetes.
63% Aussie adults classed as overweight or obese in 2011-12
124,910 – the number of Australians expected to be diagnosed with Cancer in 2013. (149,990 – the number expected to be diagnosed in 2020.
45,600 – The number of deaths attributed to Cardiovascular Disease in Australia in 2011.
These statistics are very frightening and very real. The reality is that maintaining good health (and in many cases reversing disease and illness) is a relatively easy, doesn't cost a fortune and is often just a matter of choice – do you choose to have health, vitality and energy or do you choose to be overweight, develop diabetes, heart disease or cancer?
Of course, no one in their right mind would ‘choose’ to have ill health but often we sit back and don’t look at the overall picture. People are happy to go to their doctor and get a script filled out for drugs and medication to ‘fix’ the problem. Unfortunately this ‘fix’ is just a bandaid to cover the problem and is not addressing the underlying cause of the disease.
If you continue doing what you have been doing for the past 20, 30, 40 or 50 years the problem will not be fixed. In most cases you will end up being diagnosed with another disease, then another, then another.
There are many pieces of the ‘health’ puzzle that all need to be addressed – emotional, spiritual, exercise, career, family, diet. Every person’s puzzle is made up of many different pieces. Like your fingerprints no-ones puzzle is the same as anyone elses. All our life we have to be working on our individual ‘puzzles’ addressing problem areas and constantly updating and changing things as we grow and develop.
There are 3 foundation pieces of the puzzle that are the same for everyone.
Your body must be Hydrated, Alkalise and the Colon must be cleansed.
